款识：“徐氏”（盖款）、“安碧陶艺”（底款）镌刻：1.“一叶香茗藏世界，半壶清泉煮乾坤。甲午立夏，徐安碧茗。”2.“源清流洁，安碧。”（壶身）附：作者本人鉴章证书（甲午年）。说明：徐安碧，1953年生于江苏宜兴。1976年毕业于江苏省陶瓷工业学校装饰专业，1983年于中央工艺美术学院陶瓷系就读。作品多次获奖，并被多家公立机构与多国首脑收藏，曾参与多部电视纪录片的拍摄。为“五一”劳动奖章、全国十大“能工巧匠”获得者。曾任第十届全国人大代表。现为高级工艺美术师、江苏省工艺美术大师。
