款识：“祖唐居”楷书款说明：炉作海棠形，器型规整，直壁深腹，两侧对饰双耳，平底，下承四足，底中央钤“祖唐居”椭圆形楷书阴文款。外壁及口沿内一周施米黄色釉，釉质松润，满布冰裂状细小开片，金丝铁线清晰可见，古拙而不失俊美。器内壁及底均涂以酱釉，古朴清丽，耐人寻味。整器造型别致，线条柔美，起伏间富于律动之感，遥想当年应为达官贵人，置于室内用于焚香之佳器。
