此类品于清宫档案中原名“炉钧釉二酉壮罐”，为清代乾隆时期以来大运品种之一，嘉庆、道光两朝有烧造，咸丰时不再烧造。此瓶口外撇，短颈，筒形腹，下承圈足，因形似灯笼而得名。瓶腹部两侧堆贴瓶状双耳，瓶上加瓶，寓意“平上生平”，构思新颖，别出心裁。足内釉底浅刻“大清乾隆年制”六字三行篆书款，乃先钤章后上釉而成。通体施炉钧釉。
