上美品。出门税，为商人出城门时缴纳的税款，属于过税，行商携带大量货物从此地到彼地，途经大大小小的城门，须缴纳出门税。自南宋起，因军费沉重，政府不得不加重税收，于是，大小城门皆设税卡，而稽征税卡又不以城门为限，导致税网过密，商贾不行，物品紧缺。宋之后元代也沿袭了此税法。
