底款：“大清康熙年制”六字双行楷书款 来源：欧洲藏家旧藏

此瓶器型硕大，其烧成难度极高。双贯耳，匠工巧制，将双耳制成竹节状，上青花绘竹叶纹。器身主题绘花鸟图，设色柔和高雅，用笔轻松洒脱，鸟语花香，动静相宜。诗情画意，相得益彰。花鸟虫草，法度自然，隽秀雅逸。

著名陶瓷艺人金品卿，活跃在同治、光绪之间，并供职于景德镇御窑厂，与当时同在御窑厂供职的王少维并称为“御厂两支笔”，而品卿则为“巨笔”。金氏擅浅绛山水和花鸟，山水多仿南宋名家及明代沈周，花鸟则宗华新罗一派，笔致潇洒，设色清丽。工行草，有董玄宰（其昌）遗风。
