A Victorian natural pearl and diamond foliate brooch, set overall with graduated old circular-cut diamonds, the detachable flowerhead centred with a natural pearl with further knife-edge sprays set with natural pearls in silver on gold, 7.5cm long Accompanied by report number 80273-49 dated 3 September 2020 from GCS stating that the seven cream pearls graduate from 4.6 - 7.8mm and are natural saltwater with no indications of treatment.
