1932年皖西北特区苏维埃银行银币券壹圆一枚，石印版，皖西北印刷局印制；正面主图案为莫斯科克里姆林宫近景，票背左侧印有罕见之马克思头像，盖“皖西北苏维埃银行印”及“皖西北特区苏维埃银行”章，配以宣传文字“争取全国苏维埃胜利”以及“保证自由贸易，统一货币制度，巩固苏维埃经济基础，实行低利借贷，流通金融调节市场”；此券发行于1932年1月21日，是皖西北特区苏维埃银行所发行的最后一版银币券，流通时间极短，因为同年鄂豫皖省苏维埃银行成立，统一改用鄂豫皖省苏维埃银行纸币，该银币券遂停止发行；此券在皖西北特区战争环境中流通使用，消耗较为严重，所以目前存世的此版银币券多有破损，或经修补处理；拍品虽显陈旧，背面墨色略微浅淡，但票幅完整，保持未修补之原始状态，已十分难得，属苏维埃货币珍罕品种，六八成新
