此尊黄财神像采用铜鎏金工艺，头戴宝冠，左手持吐宝鼬鼠，右手执宝幢已失。侧身骑在狮子身上，身着将军盔甲，脚蹬长靴，帔帛在耳际形成双环，富有动感和装饰性。黄财神是藏传佛教在清朝时期最流行的一尊造像，他介于天王与财神之间，既有天王的尊严、又有财神的功用，是佛法与世俗的绝好结合。
