The stone is nicely banded in crystalline streaks varying from dark brown to ochre and almost white. Although this is not a very old bottle, the material is so beautiful, that we still felt it worthwhile to include in this sale. Agate stopper on black platelet, spoon. Condition: Good condition with minor nibbling to neck and few natural flaws to mineral. Well hollowed. Oval foot rim with recessed base. Flattened shape. Provenance: A British private collection.
