An 18th century oak, 8-day, longcase clock, with a 12" brass dial engraved with floral spandrels and unusually, three fountains, unsigned, with a subsidiary dial for seconds and a date aperture, the 8-day movement with an anchor escapement, striking on a bell, 208cm high (with pendulum, weights and winder) (7)

Condition report: Lacking small elements, including dentil on left side of cornice. Cornice chipped, especially front left and right. 1cm hole on top of right side 'wall' stile of hood. Trunk door with later catch. Left side of trunk with some holes.
