A RARE PRE 1908 PIPERS' PATTERN SILVER-PLATED PLAID BROOCH OF THE 3RD VOLUNTEER BATTALION, NORTHUMBERLAND FUSILIERS, only two HM silver examples of this brooch are known for pre-1908, worn by the Pipe Major and Drum Major with HM commemorative example being struck in 2000, as illustrated in Denis Wood's reference work. The absence of a Condition Report does not imply that a lot is without imperfections. Please note carefully the exclusion of liability for the condition of lots contained in the Conditions of Sale.
