螺钿取材于各种蛤蚌，大小、颜色各异，原料本质也有厚有薄，做法又分厚螺钿和薄螺钿两类盒呈四方形，通体螺钿制成，盒内素面平整，盒外满工雕琢，饰繁复花鸟纹，雕法多用镂雕，使画面具有极强的立体感、层次感，因此虽然盒面满布图案，丝毫不显繁乱。名片夹外壳以螺钿贴合，镌刻卷草纹，外扣式开口，内袋逢以红色绒布，做工精致。Lot1623-1666为国营文物商店旧藏
