一面刻有母亲在给孩子喂奶，她右手摇着玩具拨浪鼓，男孩一边吮吸着乳房，一边抓着另一边。另一面有铁茶壶和小袋，还有刻有"RYOKOKU"的签名，RYOKOKU是19世纪中叶活跃于菊川家族的成员，是菊川白云斋的学生。
