款识：东风桃李景物依然……乾隆九年岁在甲子二月之望，贞观书。 钤印：贞观（朱） 方贞观（朱） 三乳老人（白） 铁鞵（朱） 识文：乘马操觚信渺茫，只今慨慷剩凄凉。黄金岂为教歌尽，白发空于行路长。怀旧断肠思履道……分明得失无关我，老态还添满额颦 。作者简介：方贞观（1679～1747），字履安，号南堂，一号洞佛子，安徽桐城人。荐鸿博不就。工书，近汪退谷，有小行楷唐诗十二秩，江鹤亭刻于石。著《南堂诗钞》。
