款识：1. 浩荡熏风连绣陌，红装修竹喜良辰。戊辰（1988年）端阳写祝家干吾兄佳节健康，八十三叟西泠石伽。 钤印：石伽八十后作（朱） 石伽（白） 福寿书生（白）2. 秋壑云横。壬申（1992年）冬写奉家干先生教正，八十七叟西泠石伽。钤印：石伽八十后作（朱） 石伽（白） 福寿书生（白） 顾家干上款。附申石伽致顾家干有关本幅朱竹图信札一封。由其家属友情提供 。作者简介：申石伽（1906～2001），别署西泠石伽，室名六步诗楼，浙江杭州人。师从王仁治习山水。二十六岁与唐云等组织西泠书画社。后移居上海，与张大千、张善孖等游，画艺大进。建国后，长期执教于上海工艺美术学校，桃李满门。擅山水、梅竹，为海上名家之一。上款人简介：顾家干［现代］，江苏淮安人。早年与其兄顾家熙积极参与抗日救亡活动，后为上海《文学报》编辑。
