款识：戊午冬月，夏子颐画于杭州。 钤印：永嘉（朱） 夏子颐（白） 颐园（朱） 作者简介：夏子颐（1918～2000），别名立如，浙江温州人。1942年入国立东南联合大学艺术专修科，1946年转上海美术专科学校。早期从事木刻创作，作品粗犷明朗，富有民族风格。作品为英国皇家学会、日本神奈川现代美术馆及国内多处美术馆收藏，50年代后致力于国画及中国古代版画，传统木版水印研习。擅写意花鸟、所作笔墨简练，活泼清新，情趣生动。曾任浙江美术学院附中校长。曾为中国美术家协会会员，中国版画家协会会员，浙江美术家协会理事，浙江花鸟研究会会员，中国美术学院副教授。
