定窯是唐宋時期我國北方地區聲譽最高、影響最大的窯場之一 為宋代五大名窯（汝官哥鈞定）之一 其窯址位於今河北省曲陽縣境內，因曲陽縣在古代隸屬定州，故名定窯 其造型規整、胎質潔白、釉質溫潤，深受時人喜愛 金代劉祁在《歸潛志》中稱贊定窯：「定窯花瓷甌，顏色天下白。」 還亦有為燒造宮廷和官府定瓷御用貢瓷 來源：日本藏家舊藏
