瓶体呈八棱形，撇口，束长颈，下鼓腹，底部渐收，八方足。造型端庄俊秀，棱形线条硬朗流畅，器身以白釉为底，青花勾绘饰样。瓶口沿内侧青花绘卷云纹，外壁口沿下方绘蕉叶纹，颈部中间饰回纹一周，腹部饰青花缠枝花卉纹，青花色泽淡雅，蓝白相应，腹部下接饰卷云纹、扇纹一周。整器纹饰布局严谨，色彩浓淡相宜，为典型的元青花发色，弥足珍贵。
