壶唇口，短颈，颈、肩处饰对称夔龙耳，扁圆腹，椭圆形圈足。通体施哥釉，釉质润泽，釉色厚实。表开细密纹片，开片自然，色调浅白至青灰色，以衬托周身开片，宛若高古玉雕钙化乳润之感。本品隽巧秀美，造型别具一格，属于传世所见哥窑当中的罕见之器。
