A George III mahogany and brass bound bucket, circa 1780, of navette shape and coopered construction, 36cm high, together with a similar jardinière, of oval form and with twin carrying handles, 23cm high, 48cm wide Provenance: Property from The Manor House, Stanford in the Vale Condition Report: Marks, knocks, scratches, abrasions, consistent with age and use, Chips and losses, old splits and cracks, joints opening to the slats The bucket with base of the liner missing, there is coal dust and this appears to have been used as a coal bucket there is polish residue near the metal work, also discolouration to the metalwork and some lifting The jardinière's liner dirty and discoloured Condition Report Disclaimer
