18th century, seal mark of Chen Jinghou Of hexagonal baluster form, decorated on the rounded shoulders with reticulated cartouche of flowering prunus, with duanni backing, above archaistic upright lappets at the foot and stylised chilong at the neck, with makara-head spout and phoenix handle, the reticulated cover with matching prunus design. 16cm (6 1/4in) wide
