Whiffs of peat smoke, ginger tonic, grass... Very spirity, at that. Notes of chestnut liqueur, wet wool. Something slightly soapy in the background. Second choice Port Ellen if you ask me, which is still good. Mouth: nicer attack fruity – peaty – peppery – chocolaty. Tangerines and oranges plus ginger and white pepper.
