笺本立轴 文物公司旧藏 邢端(1883-1959)，字冕之，号蛰人，笔名新亭野史，贵州贵阳人， 1883 年 8 月 6 日生。 1901 年辛丑科举人， 1904 年甲辰科进士。毕业于日本大阪高等工业预备学校及东京法政大学。历任翰林院检讨、奉天八旗工厂总办、天津工业学堂监督、北洋政府工商部佥事、图书馆主任、农商部技监。 1917 年 9 月起历任农商部矿政司司长、工商司司长、普通文官惩戒会委员、善后会议代表、井陉矿务局总办。 1928 年后赋闲。1951 年 7 月被聘任为中央文史研究馆馆员。
