题识：丙戌仲冬骧龙书于沽上 钤印：陈骧龙印 半耕斋 陈骧龙，1941 年生于北京，原籍浙江温州，陈亦侯之子。曾师从吴玉如先生，学习古文与书法。曾历尽磨难，死而后生。擅行书、楷书，尤精泥金小楷；绘画以青绿山水为主，以金碧山水最有特点。曾任天津人民美术出版社编辑，现为中国书法家协会会员、天津美术家协会会员。
