A FINE EARLY 19th CENTURY BRACKET CLOCK BY BENTLEY & BECK. With a white enamelled convex dial with Roman numerals, signed Bentley & Beck, Royal Exchange, London' numbered 1823, with strike/silent switch, the handles with tapering pierced shafts, with an eight day twin fusee mechanism striking on a bell, the back plate also marked 'Bentley & Beck'. The lancet topped case with twin gilt ring handles and scrolling brass inlay. With key and pendulum 49.5cm high, 29cm wide.
