款识：壬午初秋，子青张之万。|钤印：之万（朱）|简介：张之万，清代官吏，张之洞堂兄。字子青，号銮坡，直隶南皮（今属河北）人。道光二十七年（1847年）状元士。同治间署河南巡抚，移督漕运，历江苏巡抚、闽浙总督，光绪中官至东阁大学士。画承家学，山水用笔绵邀，骨秀神清，为士大夫画中逸品。初与戴熙讨论六法，交最相契，时称南戴北张。书精小楷，唐法晋韵，兼擅其胜。有张文达公遗集》。
