此品为宝苏局咸丰后期减重小平钱之祖钱，铜质精黄，文字挺拔，为民国汇泉堂骆泽民旧藏，此泉经国内外多位藏家迭藏，后回流祖国，为清钱之大珍。骆泽民，沈阳人， 1931年，他在北京东华门大街开了一家古玩店，名为“汇泉堂”，主要经营古钱币。与商业经营相比，骆泽民在钱币的鉴定研究上成就更为显著，上世纪四、五十年代，他与戴葆庭、马定祥、杨成麒一起，被全国钱币收藏界公推为四位杰出专家之一。数量：1
