黄印青饼是勐海茶厂代表性产品，从五十年代开始一直到九十年代初都有生产，特征较为明显。黄印茶以中壮茶叶为主，掺进嫩芽，这些嫩芽毫头经过陈化后，转变为金黄色，所以黄印茶饼面会偏黄，茶性非常温和，老韵陈香，水性柔和，喉韵甘润，味道甜，茶气明显。规格：一片；360g（净重）
