Part of the seat rail 19th century, two legs and other parts later. Repairs to the top of two legs. Later stained. Evidence of old worm including to the seat rails, legs. Overall the frame appears solid and stable, Dreweatts cannot guarantee the condition or the originality of the frame beneath the upholstery. The upholstery does not appear to be original, there is later fabric to the underside covering the rails, this has been partly torn to reveal the rails, these appear to be original here but there is some sign of glue repair in this area.
