A whimsical articulating elephant by Robert Bruce Bielka in 18k yellow gold with ruby cabochon eyes on a 14k yellow gold rope chain. The elephant is the larger version created and is fully articulating with a moveable trunk, head, legs and tail with beautiful detailing throughout. The elephant pendant is removable from the chain. Robert Bruce Bielka worked for Cartier before starting his own jewelry design and manufacturing firm in New York in 1979. He quickly was selling his pieces to jewelry stores including Van Cleef & Arpels, Harry Winston, Chaumet and Neiman Marcus where he has become a featured designer.
