|此作为乌泥胎质，呈深紫褐色，胎质坚密，孕厚自然，发黯然之光，让人有着一种庄重、质朴的视觉感触。黑褐色的壶体上隐约可见紫砂的独特颗粒，犹如夜晚美丽的星空，令人不禁浮想连连。壶型端庄典雅，气宇高昂，圆肩直颈，弯流与提梁搭配的相得益彰，更增几分雄伟之气。穹盖上有宝珠形盖钮，并以金钱孔为饰另饰柿蒂纹，于细节之中彰显作者非同寻常的制壶功力。器身一面刻有草书铭诗文，款落用卿。刀法淋漓，勾抉之间，十分快意，风格独特，为陈用卿之鲜明特点。全作气度极佳，铭文拙而用刀工，笔意古朴，与壶体搭配在一起，又呈现出一种动人的气魄，可谓明末清初时期宜兴紫砂精工之作。|参阅：明清紫砂艺术
