Brooch. Italian 18kt yellow gold shield form brooch with central prong-set lozenge form coral cabochon and (9) faceted colored gem accents. Colored gems measure approx. 2.0mm each; coral measures approx. 19.5mm x 7.5mm. With an applied plaque verso stamped, "750" and an Italian national mark of "AL" signifying a city origin of Alessandria. Total approx.weight is 5.4 dwt (gross). From an Ossining, NY estate. Dimensions: shield form brooch measures approx. 1.40" w x 1.58" high.
