注脚:鮑少游 孔雀 設色紙本 立軸 一九五三年作Bao Shaoyu was a Guangdong native, who with other Guangdong artists studied painting in Japan during the early Republic period. Graduating from the University of Fine Arts in Kyoto in 1915, the artist would teach at the National Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing in 1918, and later in Guangzhou and Shanghai. Relocating to Hong Kong in 1928, Bao Shaoyu founded the Lai Ching Art Institute (麗精美術畫院).
