A CHAMPLEVE ENAMEL 'BUDDHA'S HAND' RUYI SCEPTER, QING DYNASTY China, 18th century. Cast in openwork with an arched gilt-bronze shaft resembling a gnarled leafy branch and a head in the form of two finger citrons, known as 'Buddha's hand' in Chinese, decorated in champleve enamels graduating from lime-green to yellow next to gilt bronze leaves. Provenance: Property from a Private Collection.
