帶木盒 華世奎（1863-1942），字啟臣，號璧臣、思闇、北海逸民，祖籍江蘇無錫，後遷避於天津，著名書法家，天津“八大家”之一。其書法走筆取顏字之骨，氣魄雄偉，骨力開張，功力甚厚。手書的“天津勸業場”五字巨匾，字大1米，蒼勁雄偉，是其代表作。書法作品小至蠅頭小楷，大至徑尺以上榜書，結構都很凝重舒放，晚年更加蒼勁挺拔。居近代天津四大書法家之首。
