A mahogany collector's box, early 19th century and later, the hinged lid and front opening to an arrangement of shelves and baize linings, the lid surmounted by a bronze finial, 33cm high overall 29cm wide, 18cm deep Please note: the bronze finial is in the form of a mythical creature wearing an Egyptian Nemes. Please ask the department for additional close up images. Condition Report: Marks, scratches, cracks and abrasions commensurate with age and use. The finial and metal disc probably later.
