《品砂》封面。 冯桂林（1907-1945），宜兴宜城人。江苏省立陶器工厂“陶工传习所”第一批艺徒，师从程寿珍、范大生。一生聪慧勤作，创新了许多壶设计。此套壶器身塑似葡萄藤蔓围绕，其间三五松鼠攀附藤上拾取葡萄。壶上的松鼠葡萄为全手工成型，制样规整光挺，把流均塑以折枝状，虬曲苍劲自然。整体塑造精巧细致，古雅别致，于雅致中现童趣，情趣于壶，赏心悦目。抚摸品茗，颇具雅玩之意趣，是一套蕴茗把玩的精品之器。此套壶是《品砂》一书的封面。
