此器造型简洁美观，光素无纹样，器口外撇，弧腹，圈足，足露胎，胎质灰黄，削修规整。内外壁施青釉，釉水肥润，釉面莹洁，釉色娇嫩纯美，格调清新，令人赏心悦目。从工艺学角度分析，龙泉青釉是一种“石灰碱釉”，釉层中含有大量小气泡和未完全融化的石英颗粒，当光线射入釉层时，釉面会使光线发生强烈的散射，呈现出一种柔和淡雅的美感。
