款识：菊人属。世臣书。 钤印：包世臣字慎伯（白）签条：包世臣草书轴。 识文： 羲之顿首，不复见君，甚有思想。得告慰之。故苦乏气兼欲席下，忧深。小佳克面。王羲之顿首 。作者简介： 包世臣（1775～1855），字慎伯，一字诚伯，号倦翁、慎斋、小倦游阁外史，安徽泾县人。1810年移家扬州。嘉庆十三年举人。工书法、篆刻，为邓石如入室弟子，得邓派真传，尤精行、草、隶书，为时所重。
