款识：1. 唯王元年六月既望乙亥临㫚鼎铭文歾本，癸未新秋，福厂王禔。 钤印：王禔（白） 福厂六十后书（朱） 麋研斋（朱）2. 寒林烟翠。拟东园生笔。癸未新秋，子燮。钤印：潘鼐（白） 作者简介：1. 王禔（1880～1960），初名寿祺，字维季，更名禔，号福厂，别署罗剎江民，七十后号持默老人，斋名麋研斋，浙江杭州人。精训诂、词章、金石、书画之学，工篆刻，时与吴昌硕、赵叔孺有并美之誉，为西泠印社创始人之一。2. 潘鼐（1908～？），字子燮，江苏吴县人。工画,尤精山水。从吴湖帆、赵叔孺、黄晓汀诸氏游。
