通高58.5cm；屏心长38.2cm；屏心宽27cm
插屏由底座和屏两部分组成。屏为碧玉质，色泽沉稳，绿意盎然。长方形，正面以高浮雕饰山水亭台楼阁松下高士为主题，山水布局错落有致，意境旷远清雅。画面中，山顶白云飘浮，山石嶙峋峻峭，苍松及楼宇掩映其中。曲折逶迤山径上有五位皓首高士，或单独坐于松下，向前行走或高谈论道，姿态细腻传神，栩栩如生。背面以阴刻描金技法修饰劲松山水图，正反呼应，相得益彰。配原装木座，同样施精巧之工，浮雕夔龙纹，皮色深沉滋润。屏风在家具中主要起遮蔽作用，插屏则放置案上，为陈设所用。因此插屏的画面上，更讲究装饰材料和表现内容。本件插屏整体构图疏密有致，画面丰满，呼应有序，雕工纯熟，技艺精湛，应为清代制玉作坊鼎盛时期之精品。
