款识：慎德堂 水盂以白水晶所制，质地晶莹剔透，呈钵形，器身内部掏膛干净利落，外壁饰两条高浮雕螭龙，形态生动，水盂底部刻阳文楷书款识“慎德堂”，字体端雅。原配银制镂雕花卉纹盖。水盂整体工艺细腻而娴熟，加之质地透亮润泽，几无瑕疵，实为文房赏玩之佳器。“慎德堂”为圆明园内的一组建筑，位于圆明园九洲清晏的西面，修建于道光十年（1830年），次年落成，是道光皇帝在圆明园内的一处生活行宫，晚年主要生活在此。慎德堂款多见于瓷器，向为藏家所重。带慎德堂款的水晶器皿较为少见，藏家实可珍之。
