烛台器身通体作掐丝珐琅彩绘装饰，各部结合处皆以鎏金分隔，其余器表以淡蓝珐琅釉为地，上饰象征皇威的螭龙纹、缠枝莲和缠枝梅花纹，排列齐密，华美富丽。烛台填色饱满丰实，华贵艳丽，造型规整，一丝不苟，实为掐丝珐琅中之上品，应为宫廷御用器。
