壶底铭文：柏岩兮鹤岭。君德。 此壶一气呵成作君德式，壶体精雅温润，泥性油亮，红而不媚，意态可人。壶身扁而不塌，身浅且口阔，圆广口且盖墙深直，利于茶叶的伸展浸出。三弯壶流与壶口高度持平，出水顺畅，壶流及壶把做得极为纤细，工艺不俗。款者简介： 君德，一说为惠孟臣，传为明天启、崇祯间宜兴制壶名手（一说孟臣为清康熙、雍正间人）。江苏宜兴人，生卒不详，孟臣名号有君德、思亭等，孟臣是晚年自号，为时大彬后一名手。孟臣制壶，大壶浑朴，小壶精妙。以竹刀刻款，盖内有“永林”篆字小印者最精。另说君德姓张，为清代陶人。
