全相玉2001年畢業於韓國暻園大學繪畫系。2006年於首爾Dos畫廊舉辦個人展覽，並受邀展覽於韓國大邱藝術中心、京畿道美術館、一民美術館、首爾美術館。她精緻細膩的照相寫實風格，多以歐美時尚圈模特兒為主角。運用大量黑影或曝光，突顯畫面明暗對比的效果。
