A rare Chinese Junyao bowl, probably Yuan/Ming DynastyThe rounded sides of this beautifully shaped bowl are covered in a thick glaze of lavender-turquoise color paling to a mushroom tone at the rim and stopping above the purplish-brown foot. Small glaze imperfection on the outer side. Intact. No cracks, no chips! Diameter 18.7 cm. Height 7.8 cm. The bowl shows a great harmony of shape and colour.Provenance: From the estate of the private collection F. S., Nuremberg (Germany), acquired in the 1960s in Japan.Condition: II +
