PROVENANCE: From private collectors in Highland Park, Dallas, Texas. Measurements: Height: 14 cm, Diam: 7.5cm Chinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong Gilded Pomegranate Porcelain Vase. The porcelain potted in celestial shape vase, thick and tall, globular lower body, straight cylindrical neck, round mouth rim, raised on a short ring foot base with slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against gild and red fine color, depicted of ripe pomegranate interspersed foliage and auspicious ornament. There is not any overlap of the outlines, its well carved, clear, subtle, and distinct.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years QianLong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
