Paris, 1798-1809, by M. JACQUART French gilt silver of engraved foliage decoration and griffin's heads handles. Original gilding. Marked Elder's head "1er Titre" Dimensions 11,4 x 11,0 cm Medium 299 g Notes Marc JACQUART was a Paris silversmith working between 1794 and 1829. He specialised on refined table silverware. Located at 1 rue du Petit-Pont, in 1806 he moved into the prestigious Hôtel d'Aligre at 123 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré.
