说明：精铜为材，取牛头及牛背为盖，椭圆形牛腹作器身，满布卷云纹地，局部错金错银。盖首两牛角上仰，腿蜷缩作四足，牛颈为流，造型设计和实用性完美的融于一体，表现出良好的工艺设计思想。此器仿造典型的商周青铜器觥的造型，虽是仿青铜器，但是工艺和设计都是远超前人，堪称精妙绝伦。牛觥的整体造型敦实中不失精巧，凝重中透出秀丽，是不可多得的一件杰作。
