原名娄绍怀，曾用名娄少怀，字亦鸣，斋号老安馆；湖南浏阳人，1918年生于北京;1942年毕业于辅仁大学美术系，专事绘画;生前为国家一级美术师，中国美协会员，中国画研究会理事、副会长，中国国际书画艺术研究院研究员，燕京书画社顾问，中国书画函授大学名誉教授，北京人民对外友协理事，北京市政协委员；他全面继承齐白石艺术技法特色，并有所创新，画作简练中有种生机勃勃的感觉，尤以画小鸭子著称。
